I am a fully qualified Health Kinesiologist, Reiki Master, Seichem Master, VortexHealing ® practitioner, Q5 Reiki practitioner and am an Associate member of the Kinesiology Federation.  I also work with crystals, colour, music, and have a strong team of angels who support both myself and my energy work. 

Alongside my therapy practice I undertake energy work on physical buildings and homes – helping to clear out unwanted energies, unblock and cleanse areas, and create peaceful and pleasant living & working environments.  

The roots of most physical, emotional, and spiritual conditions can often be attributed to an imbalance somewhere in the energy system, and complementary therapies are based around bringing the human energy system back into harmony and balance.  The therapies that I have chosen to practice all deal with issues and imbalances in all areas of the human energy system, and my personal aim is to help others to experience the healing benefits that they bring.  

My own personal journey has involved working on a huge variety of physical and emotional conditions.    I have much respect for the traditional medical world, and am still being amazed at the benefits that can be achieved by combining both traditional and complementary practices.   

Aside of the therapies that I offer on a personal basis, I run short workshops which can be tailored to suit.  Specific topics such as stress, or practical tips for improving your health can be designed in consultation with you.  Please contact me if you wish to discuss running a specific workshop at your group or place of work.
