First Appointment?
If this is your first appointment, then please allow for an extra 15-20 mins to be taken up during the session to allow us to build your case history and aims. I will send you a Client Details Sheet, and ask you to complete it before coming to the session. This forms the basis in terms of work or healing that you wish to have during the session.
When you call, please be ready with your address, telephone, and email contact details so that I can send the relevant forms to you. I can also send you brochures on any of the therapies that I offer.
What to wear
All therapies are conducted fully clothed, however it’s likely that you’ll be asked to take your shoes off if you’re lying on the treatment couch! It’s best to wear loose, comfortable clothing, and made of natural fabrics if possible (Jeans and T-shirt is fine).
Preparation
Before you book, have a think about what you want to achieve from the session – what are your hopes, and what would a positive outcome mean for you? The process of thinking about these things confirms your commitment to healing to the universe, and is the beginning of your healing process. Write down these thoughts, and refer back to them after your sessions to see how far you’ve come. It can be very enlightening for both client and practitioner!
2 or 3 days before your session, it’s best to increase your intake of still or bottled water. If you’re not a ‘big’ water drinker already, then try and up your intake to 1.5 litres of still water per day. This will help to flush out the toxins that are released as part of your healing, and will help you to process the new changes.
Healing Crisis & Support
As often happens with healing, you’ll be releasing old blockages, and toxic waste that has accumulated over the years. This even happens in young children, but to a lesser degree. Funnily, it is actually a very good sign if you feel ‘grubby’ or unwell following a treatment session. It means that something has shifted, and your body is eliminating the old stuff that no longer serves you, and it is trying to rebalance your system to incorporate the new way of being. However, should you feel particularly unwell, you should contact me immediately for advice.
Costs
Individual sessions are charged on a per-session basis and you'll find current prices in the 'Shop' area. Discounts are available for block bookings, so please phone or email in advance of your session for details of current offers.
Each session lasts approximately 1 hour, but this can vary depending on the level of work being done.
Workshops and Taster Sessions are charged on an individual basis dependant on content, duration and location.
