The benefits of regular meditation are many and can include:-

Meditation is a very personal experience but is often enhanced in a group setting, and can provide a space for getting away from it all – even if just for an hour a week!  Every person is unique, and even although each person in the group will follow the same meditation, every one will have a completely personal experience.

For some, meditation will provide a much-needed oasis of stillness and silence, and for others it provides a route to self-awareness or personal development, others again will find it brings healing and release of old issues.  All in all, regular meditation brings many positive benefits and these classes are suitable for beginners and those who have previous experience alike.
