Classes & Workshops

• Your place is only confirmed on receipt of the deposit, or full amount as stated, in advance of the workshop/class.

• Missed classes may not be carried forward.

• Payments and deposits are non-refundable. If a minimum of 14 days notice in writing is given, places may be transferred to another date (subject to availability of space).  This is a ‘once only’ transfer.

• If you cancel prior to the workshop and have not given 14 days notice, you will be invoiced for the final payment (see Cancellation Policy below)

• While we take every precaution possible Star Therapies will not be held responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings or safety while on the premises where the classes & workshops take place.

• Please inform us if you are taking any medication or suffering from any illness in advance of attending. 
• Minimum numbers are required for workshops and classes. If insufficient numbers available, sessions will be postponed or cancelled with refunds given. 

Therapies

• 24 hours notice is required for cancellations either by calling or emailing otherwise 50% of the payment is due.

• Your online booking is confirmed only on receipt of the 2nd email you will receive stating that this has been confirmed.

• Please email Star Therapies to advise in advance if you are taking any medication or suffering from an illness which could be affected by your treatment.

• While we take every precaution possible Star Therapies will not be held responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings or safety while on the premises where the treatment takes place.

Cancellation Policy

Please note cancellations must be given in writing 14 days before the start of the course/class (or course fee/deposit will be due). Deposits are non-refundable but dates can be postponed (one transfer only) if more than 14 days notice is given.
